ABOUT DEAN

Dean Malik has decades of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation. Throughout his career, he has been driven by a strong commitment to advocating for those without power and standing up for individuals and families against formidable corporate and institutional adversaries.
Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1997, Dean began his legal career as a military lawyer in the United States Marine Corps. Following his first tour of active duty, he continued his commitment to public service as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where he prosecuted criminal matters from 2001 to 2004 before entering civil practice.
Dean was called back to active duty with the Marine Corps twice more: serving from 2007 to 2008 in the Iraq War, and again in 2011 as a liaison officer on the Horn of Africa in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Dean is a tenacious and strategic advocate. He possesses extensive experience in personal injury claims, professional liability matters, and commercial tort litigation. Having represented both sides of the aisle, he brings a deep understanding of litigation strategy and a unique perspective to every matter he undertakes.
Dean is dedicated to representing individuals wronged by large corporations, financial institutions, and powerful actors. He believes that the legal system should serve as an equalizer—one that protects the vulnerable and holds the powerful accountable.
Dean earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University. In recognition of his success in high-value litigation, he is a life-time member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization exclusive to attorneys who have achieved multi-million dollar results for their clients.
